Delete Account

You can request deletion of your Apexone account and associated personal data.

Option 1: In the App

Open Apexone, go to Account Settings, and choose the account deletion option if it is available in your build.

Option 2: Email Support

Email support@appapexone.com from the email address connected to your Apexone account and write "Delete my account" in the subject.

What Happens Next

We may verify ownership before deletion. Some information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, legal, or store-platform obligations.
